Constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity. Group CrossFit classes led by a qualified Coach that will ensure not only that you are moving safely but having fun whist doing it! CrossFit is always different and you will always be learning something new.

Learn those higher skill movements, from pull ups, to toes to bar, to handstand push ups. Open to everyone.

 

Engine Room

Engine Room is all about metabolic conditioning! The workouts are a little longer than you would find in a CrossFit class and they aim to keep the heart rate high for the duration! Engine Room is great for building fitness but also some grit and mental toughness.
